Motivation for the week!

If you think you are beaten, you are.
If you think you dare not, you don’t.
If you’d like to win, but think you can’t,
It’s almost certain you won’t.

If you think you’ll lose, you’ve lost.
For out of the world we find
Success begins with a person’s will.
It’s all in the state of mind.

If you think you’re outclassed, you are.
You’ve got to think high to rise.
You’ve got to be sure of yourself before
You can ever win a prize.

Life’s battles don’t always go
To the stronger or faster man.
But sooner or later the person who wins
Is the one who thinks they can.

Things are getting back to normal weather wise and the students are getting back on track. Students continue working towards their individual goals and all of them are making progress. Remember, our motto, What you are to be, you are now becoming. Take a few minutes each day and live in your future, focus on your long term goals, and work hard to reach them everyday.

Is it ever going to stop snowing? The students at the Learning Center continue to make great strides both socially and academically. With alot of hard work and positive attitudes each one of them can be successful.

Things are going great in our new room. Students are learning and doing great things.

Things are going well at HCLC. We are getting into the swing of things and the students are working hard. It won’t be long until we are in our new room using all the new technology we will have. That will truly be an exciting day.

Construction has started on the new Learning Center. Hopefully the new room will be up and running to start next school year.

Boy I am sure gald to see it warming up outside! Things are progressing very well here at the Learning Center. Students are working hard to get back on track and return to their schools. Keep up the hard work guys and gals.

I hope everyone had a wonderful break. English 12 students will continue with our unit on Beowulf and have a test on Friday.
In Science will will work on chapter 6. Math will review perimeter. Have a great week.

Juniors need to be thinking about the ACT and preparing as best they can. This test can have a tremendous impact on your future and the choices you are able to make. The students at the Learning Center continue to impress me everyday by working hard and changing their way of thinking about school. Keep up the good work.
