Students are preparing for end of year assessments; however, they still have some projects to complete. Social Studies students should be working on their Europe projects with either a poster or a power point presentation because these grades are worth 100 points.

2nd World civ – students read about “May Day Customs” followed by some questions

4th english collab w/Powers – students worked on an on-demand writing piece

6th World Civ collab w/Jones – students finished 16.4 notes and watched a few minutes of a film over the Invasion of Normandy “D-Day”.

2nd World Civ – students read about Facism in Italy and had questions

4th English collab w/Powers – students were given time to make-up work because mid-term reports will be passed out tomorrow, Wednesday.

5th and 7th Social Studies collab w/Valentine – students were given Chapter 16 terms and names to complete.

6th World Civ collab w/Jones - students completed Chapter 16 vocabularty (Terms and Names).

2nd World Civ – students read and answered questions about literature and arts of the 1920s.

5th and 7th Social Studies collab w/Valentine – students took a Chapter 5-8 test over US and Canada.

5th and 7th Social Studies collab w/Valentine - students continue to watch the tradegy of 9/11 after reading about terrorism issues.

6th World Civ collab w/Jones – students worked on a packet covering Chapter 14   including issues of Communist Russia, China and India.

2nd World Civ – students read Chapter 14.1 about Revolutions in Russia and did a continental map.

4th English collab w/Powers – students listented to “TKAM” on tape and answered questions over Chapter 19.

5th and 7th Social Studies collab w/Valentine – students took a test over Chapter 7 and started their Chapter 8 vocabulary.

6th World Civ collab w/Jones – students took notes over revolutions in Russia and will be having a test Thursday over Cjhapter 14 Section 1.

4th English collab w/Powers – students went to library today and did a scavenger hunt activity locating information about universities and sports teams.

5th and 7th Social Studies collab w/Valentine – students finished Chapter 7 notes over Canada and played a review game.

6th World Civ collab w/Jones – students took Chapter 13 exam during the period.
