Friday — NO SCHOOL — GRADUATION — CALL TIME IS 6:30 PM!Â

Upcoming Events:

SPRING CONCERT – May 20 @ 2:00 PM.  Call Time is 12:30 PM.  We will need help earlier moving equipment.  Dress is BLACK w/Color Trim Allowed.  See Mr. Merz for ??s.

BACCALAUREATE - May 23 @ 7:30 PM.  Call Time is 6:30 PM.  Dress is ALL BLACK. 

GRADUATION - May 25 @ 7:30 PM.  Call Time is 6:30 PM.  Dress is Black Pants / White Top.  Tie Optional (preferred).  Weather permitting.  If the ceremony is moved indoors, we will NOT play.  Graduation will count as your FINAL EXAM.

ALL PERFORMANCES ARE MANDATORY! 

UPCOMING EVENTS:

Spring Concert - Sunday, May 20 @ 2:00 PM.  Call time is 1:00 PM – help will be needed earlier to move equipment to the auditorium.  We will be combining with the MS bands!  Dress is Concert All Black — Colored accents will be allowed (trim, neckties, cammies, etc – see Mr. Merz for questions)

Baccalaureate — Wednesday, May 23 @ 7:00 PM — Call time is 6:15 PM — Dress is Concert ALL BLACK — No additional colors allowed!  Please make sure items of clothing are indeed ALL BLACK.  Please avoid grays, navy, stripes, etc.  Thank you.

Commencement — Friday, May 25 @ 7:30 PM — Call time is 6:30 PM — We will be walking to and from the field, so please be on time!  (And think about what kind of shoes you will be wearning!) Dress is Concert Black AND white.  Everyone should wear black pants (no shorts or jeans, please) and a white collared button-up shirt.  Neck ties are optional and preferred.  We are wearing the white shirts because it could be warm that evening.  Please note that sunglasses will not be allowed.  Bottled water will be provided.
(Weather Permitting.  If event is moved indoors we will not play.  This performance will count as your final exam)

Please note that all school owned instruments and other equipment must be checked back in to the band room by MONDAY, MAY 21 (bring them with you to the concert!)

We will begin some after school sectionals starting next week.  Please try to have the following days available for Full Ensemble rehearsals after school:  April 5 & April 26.  Those with after school activites (such as tennis, softball, etc) will be excused as needed.

Assessment will be either April 27 or 28, date still TBD.
Spring Concert will be Sunday, May 20.
Band Banquet date, TBD

Spring Training will begin after spring break, on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
