Happy New Year. I hope everyone had a wonderful holiday break. We are back in session and ready to start a new semester. Just a few quick reminders.
* Ms. Reeves has joined our team for the second semester and Ms Butler has moved to the other 7th grade team. The new class will take place in the hour you originally had Agg.
* New 3rd hours classes started today. Children please tell your family who they need to contact this 9 weeks.
* New 4th period rotations start today. These are posted in the hallway or you can ask for help from one of your team teachers.
Our main focus for science this 9weeks will be all about the Earth. We are going to discuss the Earth from Atmosphere to Zirconium. We are starting with the atmosphere and working our way inside the Earth.
Monday 1-2-2012
* finish worksheets on atmosphere vocabulary (2 pages front and back)
* finish reading chapter in green text over atmosphere (pages 90-97)
Tuesday 1-3-2012
* go over and take grades on vocabulary worksheets
* construct foldable with notes over the structure of the atmosphere
