
2nd graders enjoyed their final swim session today with a pool party.
The Paris YMCA offers swim lessons for all ages during the summer and would be a great opportunity for all students!











Congrats to students in Mrs. Anderson's class for reaching the 5, 10, 15, or 25 point clubs!



In order to make up for the missed days due to snow, students will now be in school on March 7th and 10th.


Next week, Northside will celebrate "Read Across America" with our students by having a special activity each day. Check out the schedule.

Kindergarten students completed a fun Valentines CVC word activity. The write the room activity required them to read the words and write them next to the picture of the word. They did a great job and had fun completing this activity.

Mrs Dailey's first graders are working on their Project Lead the Way unit on light and sound this week. Today was sound day.

Mrs. Thomas' Kindergarten students are working on addition using a number line. We made a number line and let our bears "jump" to help us solve addition problems within 10! They are doing a great job!

Caught being leaders for the last week in January. These students were caught using the strategy of "think win-win", which means looking for options that work for everyone.


Northside Elementary Academic Team Students had a great showing in today's KAAC District competition!
